This video pretty much explains the whole post. It's not of very good quality, and yes, the english voices are awkward, but it's the concept behind the video that counts. No need to pay attention and ponder on the long speech at the beginning, really...
A Tribute to Palom and Porom
Palom was the over-confident black mage who would refer to himself as the prodigy of their hometown. Porom was the female white mage who would always reprimand her brother and hit him on the head for his manners. Together, these twins made such a cute pair of siblings, and a powerful team of magicians.
In reality, Palom and Porom were not the strongest black and white magi in the world. They were not among the most revered sages known to man. Palom and Porom were merely little children. They were only young apprentice magi... nothing to be really amazed at.
But what’s so interesting about these two was their willingness to risk their own lives for the sake of others...
It was inside the castle of Baron where a group of heroes, Palom and Porom included, were trapped in a room with walls closing in on them. Everyone was panicking, and none could think of a way to escape their impending death... none, except Palom and Porom.
The young twins positioned themselves on either side of the room, said goodbye to their friends, and cast a petrifying spell on themselves. They turned into two immovable statues that jammed the walls and stopped them from closing in. The twins were as still as stone. They were as good as dead.
They were not only willing to risk their lives for others’ sake. They were willing to sacrifice their lives. And more than just willing, they actually did it. The rest of the team was saved from certain death because of its youngest members, Palom and Porom.
